- Click here to download the appropriate MS Word form, fill it out and save it to your hard drive.
- Once completed, go to the Order Here! page, press the "Order Now" button and fill out your account and billing information.
- Enter the Categories and Sub-Categories that apply to your portal, select "Print Invoice and Mail a Check" as payment method and click on "Continue".
- Press on "Click here to print invoice" link, print it and mail it with your payment to the address listed in your invoice.
- Read and accept the terms and click on the "Place Order and Continue" button.
- Use your completed MS Word form to transfer just the required fields over to the web form.
- Once accepted, you'll be in your Control Panel.
- Now you can go back to edit your portal
and transfer the rest of the information over from your form.
- Include as many sections as possible. i.e., Mission, History, Affiliations, Licenses, Community Service, etc.
- Keep sections short, concise and to the point.
- Move any long and detail text to a PDF and include it in the portal as an attached file.
- Include articles, events, classifieds and promotions.
- Include reviews written by your customers as the legacy and evaluation of their experience and quality of service obtained.
