The methods that we use are designed for the primary purpose of quality, not covenience. Examples of this are the extra step we take to pre-wash and then follow with a neutralizing rinse, the application of circular air blowers to dry carpets immediately, the use of Rhino Rotary Machines as opposed to outdated steam wands and the stocking of a plethora of spotting chemicals in order to increase sucess rate at removing stains and spots. We also use a specialized urine tool that flushes the padding of contaminants so that urine is completely removed.

As technology progresses and improves, we continue to update our chemicals and equipment in order to increase the quality of our results. All of this, makes our work more complex and difficult, but adds up to the outstanding results we are renowned for.
